Emotional Intelligence allows leaders to see those they lead as unique individuals, who may have similar concerns, but for different reasons. EI allows leaders to tailor their message and guidance to each individual they lead in a manner that communicates in their language and addresses their primary concerns.

Authenticity and trust are the building blocks of a great culture in the workplace. Without those two things, everything else is met with skepticism and doubt. If you start in an authentic place, your company values and culture become real and a part of each member of your staff.
