The ability to truly pause and adapt to the constant change and noise all around us. 

2.  How does emotional intelligence help you lead and connect with yourself or others?
You must truly know yourself first and this all starts with self awareness—a foundational skill of emotional intelligence. You don't have to be everything to everybody as a leader, but you do have to know your strengths, weaknesses and constantly be open to feedback to uncover blindspots.

3.  What is the most important thing you value in workplace culture? Trust and Accountability.
